Kaizen MMA's Published Kids Age Bands
Little Lions is for ages 4 to 6 and starts at 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Warrior is for kids 7+; Warrior 1 starts at 5:30 p.m. and Warrior 2 and 3 / Black Belt at 6:15 p.m. on those days. Ask us which group or level fits your child and when class ends.
