Little Lions is for ages 4 to 6 and begins at 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Warrior is for kids 7+: Warrior 1 starts at 5:30 p.m. and Warrior 2–3 / Black Belt at 6:15 p.m. Ask which Warrior level fits your child; the schedule does not decide placement.
Ask Which Two Days Your Child Would Train
The supplied kids schedule says students have designated Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday training days, with makeups on the opposite day. It does not assign your child to a pair or give class end times. Ask the gym which days and pickup time would apply before planning the recurring trip from Enola.
Try the Class at the One Mechanicsburg Gym
The class meets on Simpson Ferry Road, not at an Enola branch. Check directions and choose a listed class and date for a free one-day trial. The visit gives your family a real class to judge.
